How will you work to make sure that the building of coalitions is an ongoing work rather than something that seems to be concentrated on only in election years? How will you work to strengthen Reagan's coalition of the three legged stool (strong defense, strong economy, strong social values) if you are chairman of the RNC?

Do you see that the War on Drugs has been an utter failure and that we need to address the root causes of drug addiction as opposed to militarizing our police and continuing to build more and more prisons. Most states have a 3 strikes law for DUI but a young person can go to jail for most of their life for drug offenses. We can win not only conservative but libertarian voters with this debate. It's time has come and we can still be a law and order country.

Unless Republicans can match the enormously increased fundraising of the Democrats and their allied left-wing organizations, it's difficult to see how we can begin again to win most elections.
As RNC chairman, what would you do to increase dramatically the fundraising capability of the Republican Party and the conservative organizations generally allied with it?

Considering the Institutional advantage Democrats enjoy in the educational system and at the collegiate level, Republicans have to work even harder than Democrats to attract the youth vote.
What strategies would you employ to spread the Republican message to young people, and to promote the party as an organization they would want to associate with?

What should Republicans do to convince those who have lost their jobs or fear they may lose their jobs that Republican policies will result in more jobs than Democrat policies?

RNC staffing decisions are far more determined by 'who you know' rather than 'what you know.' What, specifically, will you do to ensure that RNC recruits and retains the best available?

Many states and campaigns have complained publicly and privately about the online Voter Vault database. What specific steps can you take to remedy this disaster that is costing the RNC $2 million per year? Would you consider scrapping it and starting from scratch and opening the bidding for the project rather than giving it to favored consultants who would outsource it to India?
