Will the RNC finally become a firm supporter of state's rights, or is there another way to ensure that the Republican tent that includes the social services of Bobby Jindal's Louisiana and Mike Huckabee's Arkansas remain supported as the people of their states want, while supporting the Marriage Defense act and anti-abortion work of social conservatives, all the while lowering federal taxes and the size of the federal government from the fiscal end of conservatism.

A huge part of the reason that President Reagan was so successful was his commitment to communicating his principles and vision as often and as clearly as possible to the American people. What would you do to encourage a greater focus on the part of elected Republicans (and candidates) on communicating directly with their constituents?

For Ken Blackwell, does not everything that already went down in Ohio and the press it generated, despite the former Secretary of State's best intentions, hurt his ability to be an effective Chair, or will the experience he gained enable him to rise above it and bring a broader more relaxed and national perspective to the job, not unlike the way Howard Dean was able to do?

Last night, in a conversation not about this debate, it was about jobs for folks like me in Washington that need one these days, I was told the Michigan party is in complete disarray with real infighting between its committee men and a real split between fixing the economy or maintaining extreme Conservatism. How does Saul Anuzis explain this Inside-the-Beltway Phenomena happening in his home party under his watch?

The Democrats have a communications advantage over Republicans thanks to the support they receive from their ideological comrades in the establishment media. What ideas do you have towards overcoming this advantage so the Republican side of the story gets heard?

Since our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution are historical proof that our nation was birthed by the One Living God Jehovah of Israel to be a light unto the world of the attendant blessings bestowed on any people that walk according to His covenant and since we have forsaken this mantel, over a very lengthy period, by continually forcing Him to the side, will you guide this party back to its knees in biblical repentance, seeking His will for our nation and how to achieve it, and furthermore, how would you do it? Respectfully, John Edward Jordan

Why aren't the elders of the Republican Party taking a stand against the racism being displayed on the campaign trail? By saying nothing, they only add fuel to the fire of hate and condone the racial and unpatriotic acts being done in the 2008 run for the presidency of the United States. Someone in the party leadership needs to take a stand against such foolishness.

Mr . Saltsman, The racial hypersensitivity of the press still plays strong today with the Republican Party. How effective as a leader are you by sending the committee members in December a holiday music CD that included "Barack the Magic Negro," a parody song first aired in 2007 by talk show host Rush Limbaugh. Many Afro-American Republicans will not vote for someone who in not serous about this Job? Many Afro-American Republicans as well as others found this not funny AT ALL. The GOP needs a new course... more minority attention, better grip on technology, more focus on youth, new ideas, opening up the grassroots why can you not see that?

Republicans routinely lose the votes of many minority voters that agree with us on the issues and ideology. As such, we have a real opportunity to grow the party both in voters and in grassroots activists. What specifically will you do as RNC chairman to sustain minority outreach both in and beyond election years?

Before the last election, I spoke with as many Obama voters (age 18-35) as I could. Their vote for him was based on change. But they could not define any of his policies they supported. They could not maintain an intelligent factual discussion concerning: the economy, tax policy, global warming, economics, healthcare, the Constitution, the history of the Founding Fathers, etc. If voters do not commprehend the basic facts concerning an issue, how can they appreciate the merits of the republican position? Do you agree that for Republicans to increase political influence in subsequent elections, that the main mission will become one of educating voters concerning the basic facts of an issues?
