How will you make sure all new laws have specific warrant from the Constitution? How will you keep unConstitutional laws from being passed?

Is this RNC now ready to secure the borders and return the illegal aliens to their country of origin?

For each candidate: Do you recognize that the "...right to keep and bear arms" as stated in the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is an inherent right, merely guaranteed by that same amendment?

The GOP has a number of affiliated groups: one for women, Young people, college kids, Hispanics, Irish and Jews, but no group exists for Black Americans. As the RNC Chair what will you do to help facilitate a National Black Republican organization?

What is your position on punishing RINO's and removing them from our party. Do you believe our party must widen our base by watering down our message to comport with Democrats or do you believe now is the time for a return to solid Conservative values of less Government and much lower taxes and spending

What role will 'Rockefeller reublicans' play in the future success of the party under your leadership? I define these republicans as socially liberal and fiscally conservative republicans who support balanced budgets over tax cuts and a small but effective government as well as believe that minimal (as opposed to no) regulation of business is necessary to ensure a level playing field.

Will you commit to unequivocally defend the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans, including concealed carry for defensive purposes, as well as possession and use of semi-automatic pistols, rifles, carbines and shotguns? This includes opposing any legislation which bans or restricts so-called "assault weapons" and other semi-automatic firearms and the magazines which are used with them, regardless of capacity. It also includes protecting private commerce regarding individual-to-individual firearm sales (by opposing the mis-labeled "gun show loophole") and opposing any legislation which, under the guise of "sensible gun safety laws," would prevent the operation of gun shops within five miles of any school, or which would open up firearm manufacturers to product liability for the criminal misuse of their products. The President-elect's anti-gun agenda may be tabled temporarily while he wrestles with the economy, but he and the Congress will get back to it, and we need to know the Republican party will finally differentiate itself from Democrats on the Second Amendment.

Comparing the elections of the man who most fired up the Republican base, Ronald Reagan, to the recent candidate who turned off a majority of that base, John McCain, I have a question: The Republican primary nearly cost us Ronald Reagan, and it hands-down gave us John McCain; what can be done now to ensure we get solid conservatives like Reagan as presidential candidates in the future?

Will the candidates state unequivocally that the Second Amendment recognizes an individual's right to bear arms for private use as affirmed by the recent Heller decision, and that this right is as important as the other rights recognized in the Bill of Rights; and that the GOP should work to make this recognition a reality in the totality of the United States?

It is a fact that our government is outspending its means and has been for a long time. One of the reasons is the problem of illegal immigration. Through social programs, education, transportation etc. as well as allowing easy access by drug dealers and other law breakers it is costing our federal and state governments a great deal of money. What is your plan to reduce or stop illegal immigration and residence?

It seems the Republican Party lacks back bone. Elections are stolen from us on a regular base, In 1996, some 743 non-citizens were found to have voted in the controversial congressional race in which Loretta Sanchez steal's Bob Dornan seat. What did our party do about it? Nothing. What about RINO's our party seems to have lots of them. Has the Democrat party infiltrated us? What will we do about it? I think nothing.

How will you restore honor to the Republican Party after we tell the American people we are for a balanced budget, yet rang up $9 trillion of America's $11 trillion debt during the Reagan, Bush, and Bush presidencies? We look like liars or fools.

Our Constitution is hanging by a thread. Through apathy, affliction, and abuse, we have eroded our constitutional protections by passing the FISA bill, Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, and lately the bailouts. One legal and moral ground that has especially separated America from its culture and roots is the premise of a first-strike interventionist foreign policy. Will the new GOP help us return to the Just War theory, or continue to promote the centrist New World Order just-war theory to further the destruction of this great nation?

Will you come out against any infringement of the 2nd Amendment. We do not need any more laws, just enforce the laws already on the books. Another thing would be actually mention the Constitution in speeches and interviews. Ron Paul was the only candidate to do this on a regular basis.

Thge Republican Party needs to get back to the conservative policies of less big government. less taxes. less unneeded spending, less interference with individual freedoms, more protection of the USA, effectively communicate to the people what actions each elected representative and senator is doing in his or her job by making public his or her vote on bills before them etc., and effectively communicate these ideals to all the people.
